Yeah, I keep thinking I’m early to mid 20s. Then I get sad.

I really liked 30. Things kind of came full circle and I felt this kind of this 'you know what? Life is good' after years of trying too hard to make it so.

40 was a weird feeling though.

Turning 40 was a weird feeling, my life is probably half over. But it is what it is.

Having one of those days at work. I fix one issue and another pops up, fix that issue the causes another issue to pop up. Not only do I have to fix all the issues, but then have to explain everything out which will be even more of a headache.

I actually got an AARP mailer when I was 29. (Also got one the other day and I'm still a ways from being eligible.) Still convinced somewhere my age got put in as 59 or something in some database back in the day.

@cowgirl836 the reason you get them is because your subscription to Cross Stitch Monthly :D ;).

Full disclosure I have no idea if there is such a magazine.

Holy ****, with all the gameday threads and contests you run I thought you were like 25. I guess I joined in 2009 and remember those threads all the way back then so I should have known better.

Edit: I'm 33 and its a minor miracle if I make it past 11 on a weeknight, not sure how you do it at 42 to make midnight for game threads. Good on ya man.

I'd have to look back but I think my gameday thread stuff began around 2013 so it hasn't been me the whole time.

Naps and having threads all ready to go so all I have to do is hit post is my secret. Also for some of the contests I have help behind the scenes (@ImJustKCClone for ncaa survivor) so can't take all the credit there too

Show dh had on last night showed old folks home doing puzzles and I realized this was another strike against me being youthful.

Similar. I expected 30 to be some major tipping point, but pretty much came & went without much examination.

40 bothered me, though, for some reason. Maybe because I thought, "Y'know, seems like I turned 30 not that long ago."

Definitely some work by CF to reach that crucial under 18 crowd. Might need to add some gamification or integrate something like Fortnite into threads.

I do laugh at generational differences for communicating. I can send my niece (she lives in an apartment) something USPS and have to send her a text to make sure she checks her mailbox!! As a person in their late 50's, checking my USPS mailbox is something I still do every day. Makes me feel ancient. :)

I check my mailbox everyday. Probably because my wife orders crap that USPS is the final delivery point, so there's always something in there...

26 here. My profile says I started in December 2008 which means I was on here at the ripe age of 12. If I remember correctly, pretty sure my dad wanted updates on the post-Chizik coaching search and I knew technology way better than him.

I think what they need is increased social media presence. Start running some Instagram ads
