MLB: Bako Back with the Cubs

So why in the heck would Hendry want Bako instead of Blanco when they both signed for the same amount of money? :skeptical: Blanco can hit, defend and handle pitchers better IMO.

Outside of Bradley, I don't see how any of these off season moves have improved this team. Wood and DeRosa will be missed, in the clubhouse and on the field. So who's the team leader now, D-Lee, Bradley? :wideeyed:

My understanding is that this was done to add a left handed bat... however, even though Bako technically bats left handed whether or not he has a bat when at the plate may be irrelevant.
 
if you read the entire article it talks about Rich Hill possibly going to Baltimore... for who though? some more prospects to ship to san diego???:yes:
