FINALLLY!!!!........... JT ROCK.........

Just so you know, the way they treat that "condition" is getting a big syringe with a needle on the end and jabbing the affected organ to pull some blood out of it and relieve the pressure.

My wife said 90% of the time the sight of the big needle is enough to make the eggplant wither.

Way ahead of you friend --

Grill, Jones, Ward and Tre King all have a Covid year available.

Gabe, Holmes, Shoon and Jaz are done.

I would tend to think all or most will take it, but who knows.
With the guys coming in (and the ones likely to return), I feel like the only grad transfer TJ is gonna need is a replacement for Shoon.

He played a COVID year (doesn't count).

He played a "freshman" year.

He's currently redshirting for injury.

He'll have three to play starting next season.

He's effectively in the same class as Lipsey now.
If we land Freitag to go with Tamin, I’m not sure that COVID year is gonna matter here.

Edit: excuse me, Asuma.

I think a combo guard who can play point, shoot 40% from 3 and get into the lane at will would be good too (you know, to back up the Grill)

depends on how ready Hamilton is and how healthy Williams is. I don't know much about Hamilton.

"When 247Sports first saw Rock over the summer, his scoring ability and competitive nature stood out. Yes, he could be pushed away from the basket at times due to a lack of strength but he never went down without a fight and any time he was knocked down he got back up swinging.

Rock is already a capable finisher with either hand around the rim and that goes for layups to jump hooks from six to eight feet. He's not a sprinter by any means, but he also runs the court pretty well and is focused and determined to get from one rim to another as fast as possible. Defensively, he alters and blocks shots at the rim, uses his length to tip passes and extends admirable all-around effort.

Where the most upside is with Rock is with his overall skill level on the offensive end. Not only does he have the low post game, he's got legitimate three-point range on his shot and he's not afraid to let it go from deep. There are certainly still some nuances for him to learn about when to shoot, how to better set up clean looks and the proper reads to make when he passes. Rock also needs to get exposed to more high-level competition.

That being said, all of the tools to come in and be a productive player are there and Rock is a player who looks to have significant upside as he grows into his body. Again, it's early, but Rock looks to be another really quality addition to the Iowa State program and the Cyclones are rolling."

I know there were comments upthread about Matt Painter and Purdue offering him and he visited there - but watching a couple clips I thought "this guy is Ryan Kalkbrenner" - and he was offered and visited Creighton as well.

When does the extra Covid season end

So, it all depends upon whether they sit out a year. MOST will be done by 24-25, but those with sit out redshirt/Medical year can go into 25-26. It basically wipes 20-21 off the board so any participation that year doesn't go against your four years.
