What are things you'd like to see left behind as we head into a new year? (Let's keep it general....not cave worthy)

1. People using the term "adulting" to explain everyday tasks

2. Misusing "free speech" when applying it to social media or other areas.

3. Fandom arguments rooted in attendance, donation level, NIL opinion, etc.

4. Performative selfies that are planned out, but hope to appear random on social media

Saying someone’s opinion on a subject of objectivity is wrong, because the person always has to be right.

Like, hey, I thought it was a nice day yesterday. No, you are wrong, it was only 33 degrees.

We had an irrational hope that 2023 would magically be better, but two days in, and we have a barking cough. You are not alone in this bs.
I think it was the second or third day last year I slipped on ice, fell on my coffee tumbler (Father’s Day gift from one of my kids) and broke some ribs. I threw the tumbler away so if I can make it through the week I’m ahead of last year.

Contrast, saying something objectively when it's not true.

After ISU beat Bucky in the tourney, when I tried explaining that WI hadn't seen a good defense in a long time, the answer was 'well the B1G has a lot of really good defensive teams' which was concretely false especially compared to the B12.
