49ers - Brock Purdy - Still and Always #1

With the win today vs. Washington, Brock is the first-ever 49ers QB to start 3-0 in his starts (and, frankly, he's 4-0). He's also the 2nd-ever QB to be over 115 QBR in each of his first 3 starts (Kurt Warner).

His TD passes today:

Kittle's gotta be happy with #13 behind center.

I love Purdy and what he's doing is awesome but any talk of MVP is ridiculous

Why? He’s on a Super Bowl contender, if they lose Jimmy G and go to a typical backup QB, their season is finished. Purdy hasn’t only kept them afloat, he’s significantly raised their ceiling, even minus Deebo today. They’re probably the Super Bowl favorites as of today.

Because he isn't even close to guys like Mahomes, Burrow or Allen for QBs at this point.

He hasn't played enough games, mvps almost always play the whole season.

And if the 49ers can win with any qb playing for them he isn't valuable at all, might as well be anybody in that spot. The exact opposite of mvp.

He plays at the same level all of next year. Then he's got a good chance

They couldn’t win with Lance. They were just getting by with Jimmy G. Their ceiling is much higher with Purdy, if you can’t tell that already, I don’t know what to tell you.
