Brock was excellent. Threw a TD after a double pump fake. Al and Kirk have been very complimentary and gave some nice shout outs to Ames and ISU

Yep, Brock was fortunate to get picked by that organization.

And lucky that there were injuries. Being a 3rd string would have put him on a practice squad for the most part. Probably could have stayed in the league with how SF was talking him up, but obviously now getting a shot has kick-started a potential career in the league rather than just a guy that hung on.

I always look at it as you have a chance to basically steal a possession and get a turnover by converting 4th downs, especially in plus territory. 2 yards for a chance to basically get a turnover.
