Match-ups if things go chalk (we know there will be fill-ins to keep guys fresh). I am assuming we will see either Penn St or UNC on day 2.

Rankings: Intermat/FLO/WIN

125: ISU (NR/NR/NR), Oregon St (12/12/10), Cornell (22/20/NR), Penn St (NR/NR/NR), N. Carolina (NR/NR/NR)

133: ISU (21/19/14), Oregon St (16/16/9), Cornell (3/3/3), Penn St (1/1/1), N. Carolina (29/HM/NR)

141: ISU (12/9/6), Oregon St (24/18/NR), Cornell (22/16/20), Penn St (9/4/11), N. Carolina (26/HM/NR)

197: ISU (2/2/3), Oregon St (11/13/11), Cornell (25/HM/NR), Penn St (5/6/5), N. Carolina (32/HM/NR)

285: ISU (10/9/9), Oregon St (NR/NR/NR), Cornell (15/15/12), Penn St (1/1/1), N. Carolina (NR/NR/NR)

The 133, 174 and 184 slots look real tough for our guys. Really hoping to see Paniro vs Yanni at 149. A couple of tough matches for Casey & David. Looks like a chance for 125 and 157 to get some wins.

Thoughts?

Guys are going to need to be ready to wrestle against Oregon State. They are a very solid team.

I hope we can beat Cornell but that is very tough. I’m worried about how much bonus we could give up at 33 and 74. As great as Paniro is and has been, I’m not shocked if Yianni gets bonus either.

Having the good (and healthy) Kysen show up would go a long way down there.

Unfortunately, I don't think we will see Yianni. He is wrestling for team USA at the world cup this weekend. I'll be surprised if he goes at collegiate duals.

If you purchased the ISU vs Grand View dual with us last month you will have access for collegiate duals but heads up they will have an additional PPV tagged on. Happy to help with any questions watching these duals on Rokfin. We will have content up closer to duals.

Likely start 0-2 against OSU. Going to have to beat them up 141-174 and at 285 (even though I think Marcus and Yonger win).

Hope the quality is as good as your event in Humboldt and not like the one in Jacksonville

Looking at Oregon State, they're tough for sure, but it feels like every match is very winnable.

Kaylor and Shaner will be tough right off the bat, but I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Kysen/Cabanban and Ramazan/Redding get the wins.

Munoz might be a tough test for Coleman, but Munoz didn't look great at CKLV. He dropped his quarterfinal to a tough Lenny Pinto of Nebraska, barely beat Ferreira of Hofstra (looked pretty gassed), then MFed out of the tourney (likely just a coach's decision rather than an actual injury)...plus Marcus majored Munoz back in March.

I feel like the rest of the lineup matches up pretty well.

Yonger v. Tanner Harvey will be interesting. Yonger will handle him, but Harvey has looked good so far, only losing to Beard and Trumble. I'm pretty sure Harvey is an old man by now too.

Any chance we see Perryman at Collegiate Duals? I think every potential matchup would be good for him

Yeah, he’s out for awhile.

Cabanban has a chance to win a couple of matches down there.
Every time I read his name, this is what I think of.

Anyone that is tied in know what the plan is for 174? Devine w/Gaitan taking his RS?

Clearly Kraisser will be 157, and it would seem as though Cabanban or Perryman will be 125.

I would guess 174 will be Broderson and Devine to see who ends up being the guy there
Yeah, I would guess they will both see time, if one of them is able to get a win against a high ranked guy or a couple of wins against ranked in the top 32, then they’ll be the guy. With the way NCAA qualifier spots work now, you almost have to give the spot to the guy who would earn an ncaa tournament allocation for the qualifier tournament (big12s), regardless of a wrestle-off result.
