So I know the question was asked and looking at offensive players only the winner isssssss...Sage of course..with Houston in 2007 throwing for 15 and rushing for 1.
After him David Archer & David Montgomery are tied with 10 in 1986 & 2020 respectively. Now for career touchdowns the list goes:

1-Seneca Wallace 32 total (31 pass, 1 rush)

2-Sage Rosenfels 31 total (30 pass, 1 rush)

3-Jim Doran 25 total (24 rec., 1 fumble return)

4-David Montgomery 24 total (21 rush, 3 rec.)

5-Hal Crisler 22 total (all rec.)

6-David Archer 20 total (18 pass, 2 rush)

7-Keith Krepfle 19 total (all rec.)

8-Tom Watkins 18 total (1 pass, 10 rush, 4 rec., 3 punt return)

9-Tony Baker 17 total (15 rush, 2 rec.)

T10-Dan Johnson 16 total (all rec.)

T10-Ike Harris 16 (all rec.)

12-Allen Lazard 15 total (all rec.)

13-Mike Strachan 14 total (all rush)

P.S. did this search after working a 12 hour shift so if somethings wrong don't be to harsh on me. Thx.

It would take a great season by a running back to approach Sage's numbers. For the past 10 years, the top RBs have only had 18 or less rushing TDs. Maybe if Breece or Montgomery gets utilized in the short passing game to supplement rushing TDs, he could get there.

As far as career numbers, that list makes me sad. We need someone to come in and raise that number by a lot.

Dekkers has a shot to be on top of this list.

The Lizard King has a chance to put up some pretty decent numbers this year. He may have better coverage on him but he'll probably have more targets. If the run game wasn't going so well Sunday he'd have had at least a few more.

Isn't it a strange coincidence that the Green Bay passing game and offense as a whole looks like a flaming dumpster last week and then Lazard comes back this week and they look like an NFL offense again?

What he means to the team catching the ball is obvious, but he makes a big difference in the running game and to his fellow receivers in running after the catch as well. Sure a TE can come in and block but when you have an outstanding blocker that is also a legitimate WR 1 who runs great routes and makes big catches it doesn't tip your hand to the D.

Was surprised to hear Sage talk about X skeptically if he would be able to transition to the league.

Well ISU WR's in nfl hasn't been a regular thing. Allen needed a second chance by GB and Butler looked like a solid prospect and never got a solid look despite being drafted.

I think it was Butler's inconsistency catching the ball that did him in.
Which Lazard had as well just being drafted. Butler also had those Megatron moments where you couldn't stop him. Wish he'd get another shot.

What would change? The real Megatron was still very much fundamentally sound which proves over and over to be crucial to the NFL.
