Thanks! Is that normal for the Step Show to be 1 hour 45 minutes before kickoff? Feels pretty early, but maybe they want to allow people time to stop by their tailgates afterwards for a bit and still get in the stadium with plenty of time to spare.
Tailgate will have the best chance for rain... and potentially may be pretty soggy. A couple rumblers in there too.
By game time I'd expect things to be starting to get quiet with less opportunity for rain as the afternoon goes on.

Not normal time. Typically one hour and 35 minutes before game times. Above is what he told my wife so we knew when to walk over. It could change as he knows for sure at last practice so he can tell his section their assignments when they report on game day - tailgates and spirit walk. Check band Facebook page as they usually post times morning of game.
