Looks like a decent chance of showers on Saturday. That would be our luck if this turns into running game battle and rain limits the passing game.

Any weather experts know what we’re looking at for Saturday?

The rain will make the ball heavier and Petras will go from throwing the ball 6' over his receivers' head to just far enough overthrown that they'll be able to snag it. Petras will then lead them to victory and Iowa fans will claim they believed in him the whole time.

Really hope it’s not rainy/wet. It would for sure complicate things and make it more difficult to run a pass heavy offense which then would likely favor Iowa.

Meh, the artificial surface really helps that out. Unless it's coming down in buckets, footing won't be an issue.

Looked on 2 different weather sites. One had like a 30% chance of rain in the afternoon and the other site had no rain to like 8 pm or later.

The 2019 forecast was for sunny skies and 85 degrees. Seven hours after kickoff......another gut-punch defeat. But I think weather will not matter too much Saturday. Gotta be prepared for anything. Cliche, sure; but it is reality.
