Really hope there is plenty of grass tailgating area in B1. We assumed there would be when we picked it, but wonder how close the trees are to the parking and if the grass areas are flat.

Here are a few more pics taken from the Lincoln Way entrance to Hilton/Scheman. Looks like there is still lots of grass, but a fairly wide strip of dirt between the parking and the grass.

If i remember correctly- you can enter this lot going east on lincoln way and will be able to exit going east as well.

I know I complained about the parking but it doesn't look that bad and now that I think about it a grass lawn isn't that great for neature anyways besides looking nice.

I now demand a tall grass prairie in place of grass lawn.

Regarding the sidewalk between the East side of the practice field and the West side of the stadium, is Gate 4 still an entrance? Walking North on that sidewalk, can you walk around to Gate 1, the Plaza entrance?

The first phase of infrastructure is scheduled to start after football season.

Yes.

Walking North on that sidewalk, can you walk around to Gate 1, the Plaza entrance?

I wouldn't plan on public access any farther north than the west gate.

Honestly, I would be fine with that. Living vicariously through these pictures is what is getting me through the next couple weeks.....

When I was a student, there was one single patch of tall grass prairie on campus. A plot maybe 40x40 that was nowhere near any of my classes…but which I still made a point of walking by regularly anyway.

Nice! I am in the next 400 row. Looks like the grass will be perfect! I think I will bring a leaf blower and trimmer just in case we need to clean it up a bit when we get there.

If waiting in line for concessions is the biggest thing to complain about, then we have it pretty good.

The lines at Vikings games at US BANK stadium are just as bad (if not worse) and the cost of food is double.

Gotta find a better location for the condiment carts. And get those hotdogs ready to go, people want to gobble them down and get back to their seats.
