Yep, definitely the east side. The pedestrian bridge is in a couple of the photos.

yeah just trying to wrap my brain around the changes. will there not be a lower sidewalk now that goes to the big stairs? this looks like they built an elevated one that connects to the bridge.

This is for people to go from the Ped bridge north to the Plaza (and eventually the Entertainment District) without entering the stadium. And back.
