USC and UCLA officially into the Big10. Rumors swirling about ASU, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Oregon State and potentially Oregon to Big12. Could add a couple more wrestling schools.

Have to add to keep up with big ten and sec
Sec doesn’t have wrestling.

Proven ncaa allows different conferences for wrestling vs other sports.

I’m all in favor of more d1 wrestling programs; I just don’t see it happening.

Curious since I have not really followed along to well today. Are this real rumors of those teams join it the big 12 or cyclone fanatic posters with those rumors

Do USC and UCLA have to add programs for the big ten? I can’t imagine the rules apply to them.

Wrestling isn’t required in the Big Ten

Everyone knows this is about football and the TV contracts money they will be bringing in. They can say they care about other sports all they want but everyone knows they don’t

Well yeah, if anyone hasn’t figured that out by now I don’t know where they have been. I just thought the B1G required a wrestling team.

I'm sure any schools adding Wrestling because of conference re-alignment is as big as a pipe dream as ISU bringing back baseball... I hope I'm wrong on both the wrestling and ISU baseball so I can gladly come back here and eat some crow.

I heard that the B1G told Oregon and Washington that they are waiting on what Notre Dame wants to do. B1G is going after the Irish now and after that will be Oregon and Washington. Looks like they are working on getting it down to two large confrences like the NFL AFC vs NFC.
