"Can we taco bout Taco Bell?" -Bewilderme

A. That's not a tostada. It's a Crunchwrap supreme with a giant Cheez-It in place of the crunchy shell.
B. Yes, I'd partake, but like most of the time, the crunchwrap is more of a soggywrap by the time you actually get to eat it.

It's been easily 10 years since I had Taco Hell. Last time I picked up some burritos on my way home from the bar and tossed them because they were so disgusting

Taco Bell isn't amazing by any stretch, but throwing it away seems a bit dramatic.. Unless there was something wrong with the location you went to, I'm thinking you over-reacted. Still has solid food, though not quite the value it once was.

The rise of fast casual burrito shops has crushed Taco Bell. They've had to raise prices and it makes it difficult for me to justify going there often.

$5.09 for a chalupa that use to be $2.29 7 years ago? No thanks.

It's been a while since I've had Taco Bell. I'm not sure that's going to be the item that brings me back. That said, I do have fond memories of their breakfast crunch wrap. It's been years since I've had one, but that has been the best application of the crunch wrap technique that I've encountered. No idea if they even serve breakfast anymore, but that was one of their better offerings.

Scrambled eggs, bacon/ sausage and cheese, perched on a crispy hash brown, and then wrapped in a flour tortilla and grilled.

Not much different than a breakfast burrito, but with less chance of spilling or coming apart.
