I definitely remember him mostly for his 'sideline' days. Of course he was pretty good on the field, and outgoing, in order to get that gig.![]()

Didn't he do a few of our games one year? What ever happened to him with his Fox announcing gig? I liked him on the sidelines. RIP to the big fella.
Did he do like some kind of stereotypical long defunct 2000s weight loss program commercials or was that someone else?I definitely remember him mostly for his 'sideline' days. Of course he was pretty good on the field, and outgoing, in order to get that gig.
RIP. Yeah 55 is pretty young. I wonder if he had gotten his retirement weight down any? I don't think so when he was a sideline reporter, it didn't seem to me.
Makes me think, again, if the NFL will someday impose a weight limit for players / lineman atleast. Really anything over 300 is seriously hard on the body. Perhaps setting a weight limit at 320/330lbs is something the league should atleast consider?
No clue. And a short search led me nowhere. No info at all on his weight after football.Did he do like some kind of stereotypical long defunct 2000s weight loss program commercials or was that someone else?
Rich would have won a super bowl in KC. Never got a fair shake.Hated him after he hurt Rich Gannon in the 2000 AFC Championship. RIP Goose.

Goose in 2000, Tuck Rule in 2001, then starting center going AWOL the day before the Super Bowl while having to face his former coach in the Super Bowl in 2002. Rich had a lot of bad luck.Rich would have won a super bowl in KC. Never got a fair shake.
