NFL: McDaniels is Broncos new head coach!!

Next best thing to Shanny. Should be very interesting, hopefully he can get a good DC.

As a Patriots fan, I'm sad to see McDaniels leave...but he'll probly just be like every other coach/player that has left the Patriots and won't have the the same success he had in Foxboro. The schemes and everything else seems to only work up there.

As a Viking fan, I'm sorry for Leslie Frazier, but glad to still have him as DC. He was said to have been a serious candidate for the Bronco's HC position.

He's up for some other jobs, I'd be happy for him if he were to get one but another season with the Vikings would be great for the team.
 
Well, it's the closest thing he'll find to Brady/Moss/Welker.

But yeah, DC will be crucial. I hope the Pack get the right one hired before they can pick one.
 
there are a few rumors that he might bring crennel but i thought mangini already had his hands on him.
 
Take that back i now hear that Mike Nolan will most likely be DC
 
Thought I read over the weekend that there were some Broncos players hoping they wouldn't hire this guy? Something about players not having respect for him due to his age? That said...being young hasn't hurt Mike Tomlin and the Steelers...
