He's the CEO so that's his choice but the "approve those exceptions directly" seems like incredible micro managing. Trust that your levels down can deal with that.

Good luck with that. I know of some companies taking that hard line stance, not even as much in some cases, and it’s not gone well.

I think we are going to see a revolt in my lifetime, the pleebs vs. the billionaires. Going to be a crazy time when the pleebs just flat refuse and the billionaires are hit with the "****, everything I have is because of them".

I think many billionaires know this, however in their race to global supremacy and complete domination, they forget to actually act and prove that they know this.

Even the financial services firm I work in is running into that. We sit in these town hall meetings on zoom and it's pretty obvious that all the big wigs are still either at home or they threw up 2 things from pier one in an empty office and put a picture of their dog on a wall and are literally there just for this one meeting.

It's called starting your own business. People do it all the time, and it's incredibly difficult.

I don't have a problem with billionaires who made their money starting business and actually producing stuff. I DO have a problem with billionaire bankers and stock market investors that don't produce anything, just move money around.
