These guys look and sound like they stepped out of a time machine. They're fun live too. New single off their upcoming album.
One of my favorite albums of the last few years. They play an awesome live show too.
I watched a documentary on youtube about his rise and fall. About 40 minutes long. Very sad how the last few years of his life went due to his addiction.
I know the Blue Breakers are go to late '60 blues band but I'm kind of partial to Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac.

I like the time signature change segments in that Mt Joy song ... like 2 songs in 1 ... twice. (Also, video is cool)
Was the Starlight show which was the second to last gig they played. Was disappointed they didn't play Pretty Noose, one of my favorite songs, only to feel guilty when I found out he died a few days later. Always made me think he was struggling with some thoughts for some time. I don't think it was a coincidence.

I loved Reflektor but I'm also a huge fan of reggae. Definately an upgrade over their last album which was kind of a turd.
Really disappointed with the tour schedule. Their shows at Starlight were/are amazing but they don't have KC on the intitial schedule (I think they add dates in the spring or next summer). Of the venues they added most are arenas (which suck) or the venues themselves suck. The lone exception is the Armory, which is probably where I will end up going to.
