Wichita State fires AD

He also enabled Greggggggggg for 5 years as he was punching players and being outwardly racist.

Probably would have been fired when Gregggggggggg was but he'd just signed an extension when that came to light.

Gaard was canceled by those that want racial equality. No jimlad needed.

Why so many gggggggg’s
He's a pompous ass that lit up a Valley staffer when the name tag in front of him said 'Greg Marshall' instead of 'Gregg Marshall' at an Arch Madness press conference.

It's become a thing for Valley schools since.

Guessing a lot of AD’s will be getting fired/resigning/retiring. You have to adapt to changes.

Barta should have all three of those happen to him. Sexual discrimination lawsuit should been been the reason to be fired. But the
BoR and UI president turned a blind eye to it.

Roy got out last year ahead of this. Like K the calendar caught up with him. How much more will Jay Wright make in the pro's compared to Vill?

I don't think it's a coincidence Coach K, Roy Williams, and Jay Wright all decided to hang it up since this NIL stuff is happening now.

There's very little reason to believe Coach K was clean before NIL so i'm not sure why making it public would have driven him out of the business. He and Roy just seem like normal retirements

Probably because now that it's all out in the open, the Dukies aren't going to be able to compete with bigger schools on the payscale.

I never would figure Duke as short on revenue for basketball though.

Maybe not, but it's a very small school. They probably do have some high rollers, but I'd imagine if a lot of SEC schools come calling on a recruit, Duke won't be able to outbid them.
