*** Official Oklahoma State vs IOWA STATE Game(Day) Thread ***

He wasn’t the only one playing bad.

Agreed but he turned the ball over just about everu time he touched it and he's the only guy that (legitimately) took actual points off the board.

I'm not singling him out but he didn't do anything to earn minutes tonight.

For as amazing as this turnaround as been, and the coaches get credit for that, these absolute stinkers of historically bad proportions are certainly red flags. Certainly no one should be idiotic enough to be calling for jobs or anything like that, but if things don't progress in the next couple years people will be pointing back to these red flags

The total lack of consistency among too many supporting players has been pretty baffling.

Was busy so didn't watch the game. This is obviously a tourney team but wtf was that???? 36 points, are you kidding me? On senior night? Players shoukd be ashamed of themselves.

Was bad shooting but it was like everyone forgot how to dribble.

Add in that OSU's length was disruptive and it's a disaster.

When we only had 20 at the half, I didn’t think there was any possible way the 2nd half could be any worse….. then we scored 16 in the 2nd half.

You can’t even try to be this bad. We couldn’t make layups!! Were the players throwing this game???? Seriously.

This is a game where TJ should have given Tre Jackson some run. Maybe he catches fire like he did in the Kansas game and hits 4-5 threes. That would have been enough to take control in the second half and get the crowd into it.

If Jackson didn't play in a game like that, I doubt he'll ever enter the lineup again unless five guys foul out. Or maybe he has a nagging injury and can't play and we just don't know about it.

(To be fair, the way that gam went, nobody would be able to hang on to the ball or make a shot no matter what.)

I don't follow recruiting that closely. We have a couple guys coming in that score some damn points?

T.J.s priority this off season needs to be getting two big men, a shooter and making sure Conditt and Gabe for sure don’t come back.
I agree but not saying kick anyone out the door, but this game and the season proves that we need shooters and guys who can score without just getting to the rim off a cut.

As far as our big, we just need a stretch or a guy who we can post up that can get us 10-12 a game.

TJ knows this team has its limitations and will do what he can to fill those holes. TJ isn’t trying to play Lickliter ball. He knows having shooters increases your margin of victory

If enaruna and Jackson can’t get playing time under these circumstances, they will likely not be inserted in the lineup the rest of the season and have likely played their last game at ISU.
Hope not or we just have Hunter and about no one else returning. Another complete rebuild.

There is not a lot of thought being put into the offensive end, frankly I wonder how much they actually practice offensively.

How did we not try something different? Just something. See if enaruna or Jackson could give you a spark. Hard full court press, idk if that would have worked but not like anything else was!

A couple of bad calls per game, maybe one or two for each team, happens. Getting bad calls like this at home, and seemingly no bad calls on the other team. I don't get it.
Some of those (like 4 in a row) were tough but I don’t think it would have mattered. We just didn’t have enough offense to even keep up with those calls going our way
