Where does Brockington rank in the ISU transfer standings right now?

He's easily and without a doubt in the top tier with DeAndre Kane. Marial Shayok, and potential congressman Royce White. But where does he rank out of those 4? I'd put him above Shayok easily right now. I think he's gotta go above Kane right now too, even though his work with developing Morris makes it really tough. Is he above Royce? Think the argument can be made. He's without a doubt a Cyclone legend now though, and if he returns for next season and plays like this he's the best ISU transfer by a mile

#1 - He is almost single handedly carrying an Iowa State team to the NCAA tournament. The rest of them had a LOT more help.

IZB and Royce both have shown an ability to win 1 on 1 matchups. Royce was a special talent as a 6’8” TE type build who could handle PG and dish the ball or drive for the dunk. IZB has the nastiest 2 pt jump shot I’ve seen recently.

Royce was incredible. Just jaw dropping. Brockington doesn't have the raw talent that Royce did, but he is putting up pretty dang good numbers.

I know it’s hard to compare, but I feel comfortable saying Izaiah has had the greatest IMPACT of any transfer ISU has ever had. ISU would not be sniffing the NCAA tournemen without him. One could may be able to argue that Royce and D Kane had more natural ability, but I would go to war with Izaiah ever day of the week and twice on Sundays.

Too early to tell, Royce was other worldly talented and Kane was at his best in March. IB isn't in that category yet but if he puts together a nice March, he's in the convo.
