Anyone blaming our players is a ref apologist. They have been very inconsistent in this game and not calling well at all. Very suspect calls on us to give them what, 15 extra points off free throws. Just ficking awful.

He shouldn’t play. Neither should Jones for that matter.
Anyone who wants to complain about the team or coaching needs to realize the impact that this officiating is having. The team has no freaking clue what they are actually allowed to do. The only complaint you really can make is that TJ hasn’t chucked a chair yet.
Total bull ****. If we can’t beat this team at home, in spite of the refs, we should’nt be considered for the tournament unless we beat Baylor
We literally can't even get into offense with the amount of molestation occurring.
We’re a bad matchup for WVU because it’s best coach I’ve ever seen working refs vs the worst one.
Even Prohm was better standing up to a screw job.
The 2nd half is gonna start with the refs calling ticky tack bs to try and regain *some* control. It will backfire and WVU will end up being in the bonus with 14 minutes left. They'll score 75 but 35 will be on FTs. Iowa State will score 64 and have less than half of WVU free throws. I've seen this song and dance before
Advice to coach(3 keys to victory):
- Don't play Robert Jones.
- Don't have Grill shoot 3's in Hilton. It equals a turnover.
- Get into the face of the official.
The first half was ugly but Iowa State's defense is costing them some big points. That's not to say the refs have made some 'questionable' calls, but the calls go both ways. WV had some calls against them and Iowa State had calls that didn't go their way.
The biggest problem for Iowa State is not passing the ball to their best player. He's their best player for a reason and trusting Hunter with the ball all the time isn't going to work out in their favor if he keeps making little mistakes. Hopefully they'll turn it around in the second half and play better offensively and defensively.

Their conference record is bad. Other teams have it figured out.
Huggy hasn't really worked them that hard. The ticky-tack foul game was called from the start. At least on one end.
