Yes I think that's fair to this point when looking at season as a wholeThe metric that has ISU at #36 and Iowa at #39?
That's more reflective of bracketologists seeding right now too. Most have the 2 as a 8/9 seed and Iowa State just a little higherThe metric that has ISU at #36 and Iowa at #39?
What happened to Maryland? They used to be a team that would make sweet sixteen or better on a somewhat regular basis it seems. They are just a bad team now.Is there a bigger headscratcher than Rutgers this year? They will lose to Maryland at home and then turn around and beat three ranked teams in a row. I wonder what they have to do to get in the Tourney.

Memphis is very Jekyll and Hyde also. Lose to #205 and #184, then beat #5 and #22.Is there a bigger headscratcher than Rutgers this year? They will lose to Maryland at home and then turn around and beat three ranked teams in a row. I wonder what they have to do to get in the Tourney.
I think Rutgers is really dependent on an extremely physical game. If it is called tight at all they are screwed. If they really allow a ton of contact they can thrive. I don’t know if it is a strategy like the old Frank Martin murderball, they can’t call them all games. Generally Rutgers is a really rugged but pretty unskilled team. Their ball handling is incredibly horrible. But damn they are physical. Penn State is a bit like that too. They kind of suck, but they have some grown ass men that will beat the hell out of you if the officials let them play.Is there a bigger headscratcher than Rutgers this year? KP, BT, BPI. Basically all rankings systems have them higher.Which metrics are you talking about?
Haven't found the right coach since Williams retired is my thought.
Strength of Record? lolPersonally I think the SOR does a really good job and Oklahoma State in this example would be below VA
Made the tournament 5 of 6 of last six years and would have made it the year it was cancelled. Made it to the sweet 16 once and made it to the round of 32 three times. Maryland fans don't have realistic expectations.didnt Turgeon take them deep in the tourney a couple of times?
Leaving the ACC, if you're a bball fan, is tough.Made the tournament 5 of 6 of last six years and would have made it the year it was cancelled. Made it to the sweet 16 once and made it to the round of 32 three times. Maryland fans don't have realistic expectations.

Yeah, interim coach. Not bad, I was thinking he made an elite 8. Then at the end the wheels fell off. Isnt Danny Manning the coach now?

It's going to be a mediocre program going forward IMO.
O, those are all the ones that have Iowa and Houston high too. So you agree with those when comparing Oklahoma State and Virginia but not Iowa, Houston, and maybe a few selective others?KP, BT, BPI. Basically all rankings systems have them higher.
I think it's the fairest. I agree with you on NET too many oddities.Strength of Record? lol
