I feel both teams are on the bubble now. If Iowa loses tomorrow night, they will be off the bubble and clearly out with work left to do.

I know and I'm not confident either. We probably need to sweep Maryland and Nebraska on the road because I don't see us winning @Michigan, Illinois and Ohio State
I could see Iowa beating Ohio State. If they are going to surprise somebody on the road, too, I think it could be Michigan.
Those are all on the road. I don't know I think ohio states built to put 85 on us
Not saying it wouldn't happen because it is basketball and teams can get hot, but I don't think we beat either. We won't rebound good enough against either of them.
IA, tOSU, and MI are all pretty similar defensively.
Anyone can win those.

It was a must win....doesn't move the needle much but a L would have hurt. Take care of business this weekend and we're in pretty good shape.

100% agree on both. Neither team can afford to drop that game.
Essentially I think Iowa and Iowa State both need to try and each get 4 more wins this year and that probably puts both in the field of 64. Might be a 9 to 10 seed but in. More than that improves seed, less most likely out
I'm with you on that one. That is a big "IF" for both teams I feel.
Didn't move the needle much? Beating teams like Iowa did Maryland last night is literally the only reason their NET is so high. Haven't checked but wouldn't surprised if Iowa went up 3-5 spots after last night.
Jorbo's with 10 3's in one game. I love to make fun of the guy, but I can't even remember the last time ISU hit 10 as a team in a game.
Iowa is now #19 in NET. ISU is #39. I do think not getting blown out and blowing out some teams helps a lot in NET.
