i was told repeatedly today that refs dont decide games and you have to overcome bad calls. iowa needs to grab their bootstraps and make a play with 2 seconds left or they dont deserve to win.

it was a foul, but for as physical as that game was, and with 2 seconds left, it’s not one you want to see the refs make
he fouled him. it looked like he thought they had one to give. he rushed the guy and bumped him. i think the ref thought he was trying to foul.
I don't like situational refereeing. You need to call the game the same, regardless of whether there's 2 seconds left or 20 minutes left. With that said, I thought the foul call was a little weak. Oh well, we know all too well that that's life on the road.

I might be wrong but I think Iowa had a total of 8 points total in the last 13:00 of the game. From around the 13:45 mark to the 4:00 mark they had 1 point.
