When I saw the start of this thread, I thought it was going to be about the Cubs giving up trying to be a baseball team and just let the hockey teams play there. Wrigley sure would get better use and less disappointment out of it. :biggrin:

Dear NHL...
As a non-hockey fan I would have loved to watch this game, or even the one last year....but theres way to much awesome college football on new years day for me to even bother with this.

I guess i can dvr it and watch it sometime after the superbowl.

I haven't watched a 'Wings game this year - they're not on VS very often, and ESPN thinks that the NBA will get better ratings. :no:

Hockey at Wrigley field is going to kick ***. Two Original 6 teams playing in one of the more historic venues in the country.

Cant believe how one-sided this game was. looked like it would have been real fun to be there.
