Has there been any public reporting of ISU athletes and NIL money received?

not that I've seen...but really the only teams I've seen kind of publicized due to NIL deals are true blue bloods (Texas, Ohio State, Bama, etc.). I'm not sure of any team comparable to Iowa State (Miss St or K-State for example) that has publicized any player getting an NIL deal

Yeah let’s not advertise that athletes can make money here. Keep it all a secret. Great way to recruit.
Like the coaches can't talk about opportunities with the recruits themselves without putting it out in the press for everyone to see. If the athletes want to put it out there themselves great, but if not it's not really any of our business.

Has any school in the Big 12 or 10 besides Ohio State, Texas, Oklahoma disclosed a penny of NIL?

Suggestion to Cyclonefanatic for Will McDonald NIL t-shirt. It's pretty corny, I know, but I was kind of proud of myself for thinking it up.

Will McDonald

This question is being posed because the Iowa Hawkeye lineman donated $30,000 from whatever NIL deal he had. So, if a non-ball handling position is pulling in $30k+ I think we are all interested in how our guys are being compensated

Do we know that money was from NIL? What if it’s from crypto?
