So I've been trying to get my brain wrapped around all of the rules here, and I may just be missing it but the Star situation was discussed a bunch yesterday and as still has me confused. Am I just not seeing what the stars rule is?
Any insight is appreciated here.

I know when I've been mafia in the past, I and my mafia mates have liked to vote early since the people that vote later in the day tend to get the most heat.

Cubs, Farnsy, Spiker, SCN, discy, moores all with votes before 10 today and I'm going to guess there's at least one mafia in this list.

I was looking through yesterday's list too. Best as Mafia to get your vote in the 1st half of the day and then sit tight. Especially the first few days

JK I agree with this take. Although the only time I was mafia I was with you. So, pretty much, you were my first... *kissyfaceemoji*
 
I agree with the Cyfan13s theory. My only issue is I vote early every mafia game to make sure I get a vote in because I’m not sure when the next time is I’ll be on.
 
I’m leaning inno on Farnsy because I have no leads, but I feel like every game, day 4 or 5, we revert back to the second highest vote getter night 1 thinking it would answer a lot of questions for us.

But then I started to wonder why the need for a recalculation. It went to more of an even pattern, but the only 5* was just a regular happy fan.

I did see that, so assumed there was nothing to it, but with the discussion surrounding it I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something obvious
