SIAP: Weird Play Clock Issue From Last Saturday

What the hell was going on with this? This was a huge play of the game, and ISU's offense seemed out of sorts before the snap. It may have impacted the timing of this play, which was extremely close to working for a TD.

Are you saying after the TO, there was only 4 seconds on play clock when ref blew the whistle?

I'm guessing we had a late substitution... Then the refs held us up so Tech could substitute which left very little time left? I don't remember how this went down.

Too bad the pxp crew got suspended. They sort of walked into it. Wish the Big 12 might have handled that differently though.
