I've heard a coule of interviews on the radio and it seems like he stutters. Anyone else notice this?

Not stuttering in the true sense. If you're talking about a new coach trying to gather his thoughts and making sure he says what he really wants to say then yes.

Does Kirk Ferrentz have a conscience? I have heard a couple of interviews on the radio and it seems like he is full of ****. Anyone else notice this?

A more pressing issue is that Chizik uses automatic handicap doors and he's not even physically impaired. At least that's what I read in a post once.

I wasn't trying to tear the guy down, just heard him on the radio a couple of times and thought I would get some other takes from people that have also listened to him talk.
only took 4 posts for the obligatory Ferentz reference. Ferentz is highly regarded as a person and a coach around the country and it seems Cyclone fans are the only ones who continually whine about him. I just wish this board would maybe look inward a bit instead of trying to question others character.
Most of the people in the country don't know alot of the stuff that goes on in Iowa City, especially apartment-gate...
I didn't see anyone say anything about Ferentz's coaching abilities. His chararacter is in question as it should be due to the number of arrests in his program recently as well as the whole low-income housing scandal involving his son.
I have no problem looking inward. I don't cover up rapes, put my kids in low income housing, recruit thugs, etc, etc, etc.
I think instead of saying um......or ahhhhhhh like most people do to fill space between thoughts he just say the first word in his next sentence like.....is is is...the the the.
Just a nervous energy tick, so to speak.
This board is the only place that continues to ***** about that. That leaves you in the minority. Might want to channel that energy into helping your team win more than 2 games next year.
