I saw he was assisted of the field. Looked to be in a lot of pain. Anybody know anything more about David's status?

Sounded like initial tests showed hyper extension but they didn't think it was serious.

I think those can be super painful at the onset.

Hopefully it's good news. He's having another nice season.

5th place in rushing yards and tied for 5th in rushing TDs when he went out with the injury...on a basically dysfunctional offense.

It's basically looked like a high school offense: give it to the good player and let them work.

I remember when Tyrese got drafted by the Kings everyone was doom and gloom like no player could ever do well with the Kings...I was thinking "you all realize our best running back in decades just got drafted by the worst offense of the past 30 years in the NFL right?".

Poor guy hasn't caught many breaks with his O lines. I'd love to see how many yards he could get if he could consistently get even 2 yards without having to break a tackle.
He thrives off the contact and builds momentum the more tackles he can break. I don't know that his rushing numbers would look much different if he had bigger holes to run through.

I'll go ahead and argue that any running back with more space to run than what DM has is going to get more yardage.

For an example, find a play in which is has blocking. He gets more yardage.
