UPDATED (again)! No MWC teams to the AAC, MWC looking to expand.

It’s a crap shoot if USC gets their **** together and very soon that TV deal is upon them. The PAC is just not getting it done on the field as well.

I think we might be heading towards four 20 team conferences and the Big12 should be the leader for once. I think in this new age we need to be aggressive, distinctive and creative. If we truly want to be aggressive I'd say 20 team conference to allow for future realignment losses. Two 10 team divisions, 9 division games with no intra-conference games. Add two wildcard games to get more money. 1 plays 2 across divisions and two winners play in conference championship game.

To be creative divisions are reseeded each year while keeping natural rivalries.

Wildcard games bring in money and make Big20 distinctive so we will stand out compared to other conferences.

DAC (Distinctive Aggressive Creative) is the key

Man, didn’t know somebody was so mad at Waldorf. They are perennial bottom feeders usually so it would be an easy win.
Don’t you diss Waldorf! I’ve had several relatives play sports there. The SEC will be coming for them. You heard it here first.

I actually thought BYU etc. had already gotten lined up with this deal with the B12 so goes to show how much I'll likely still not pay much attention.

The only way I see Boise getting a big 12 invite are if the league knows they are losing more schools or a long shot would be if they get an odd number of pac 12 schools that end up wanting to come, are looking to get to 20 teams and there simply aren't other options.

I'm guessing they were just shooting in the dark, there's no reason at all for any other P5 to look at the B12 before they know what the money will be
If they think USC and Oregon are high risk for bolting it might be better off being proactive. It might allow them to negotiate better terms to come over. If the PAC dissolves they have zero leverage.

Could it be that maybe us other 8 wanted to expand in 2016, but OU/UT didn’t want to due to them getting beat? I like how we’ve been proactive without them.
