So the more important question than who will be our next coach is what's happening with our team chaplain and if he goes with Chizik, who do we go after?

I hear JP is interviewing The Pope later today. I saw his plane flying over The Vatican earlier.

cybsball20, judging by the photo in you signature, if we don't get Charlie Strong as a coach can we suit him up as a linebacker??

BTW, since Joel is about half way through his off season I bet he's starting to get the itch for spring training to start. What other major league players is he working out with? Keep us posted.

I think Strong would be better suited for strong safety

Joel has had a VERY busy offseason with alot of PR commitments and work outs.. He's working out with LaTroy Hawkins, Jason Jennings, Torrii Hunter, Chad Gaudin and a few minor leaguers... A couple of weekends ago he got 4th at Eddie Guardado's poker tournament at the Venetian in Vegas, losing out to his childhood idol, Frank Thomas. He also did a Pro Bass Tournament Pro-Am in Mexico then has some Nationals Fan Caravan events coming up soon. He's pretty excited about being able to use Spring Training to train and not try out too...

He's livin' the high life!! Good for him!! I wish I could have seen him pitch in Washington last summer but they were playing the last game of a series with the Reds on the day we arrived and then they went on a 10 day road trip. Always a chance to go to Chicago or Milwaukee this year though.

Guys, guys, guys, it CAN'T be a chaplain because of the elitists at the University. It's a "Life Skills Coach."

Therefore I'm throwing my hat into the ring. I can pray with the best of them.
