Is this the worst week of the entire year?

It is for me. Can't stand the week before the ISU vs Iowa game.

I hope after the Big 12 expands that this game is done away with forever.

It gives me a few more opportunities to talk sports with my colleagues than normal, I guess. Really not that different otherwise.

Maybe I'm a lucky one. Who specifically you get stuck associating with is definitely a factor.

That's one of the best times of the year for me. Weather is getting nicer and that means the start of golf season.... the best sport there is!

I've already been asked if this is the biggest game in ISU's history. The Hawk colleague was a little offended when I told him it will only be the 3rd most important game out of the last 4 ISU games.

I would say it is the worst week of college football season, but not the worst week of the year.

If we win - we hear "It's your Super Bowl" or "We're not that good this year." If we lose, it is the little brother comments.

I agree that next week is the worst week of the year, but only if we lose. If we win, then I don't care what Hawk fans excuses are.... just like they don't care what our excuses are. A win is a win.
