This is stupid.

The suit claims that pairing the nude portrait with a dollar bill on a fish hook makes it look as if Spencer is being depicted “like a sex worker.”

lol, funny stuff but it'll be tossed so fast

Yes, that is him recreating the picture for the 25th anniversary with 'Nevermind' tattooed on his chest. Must have come on some hard times and needed cash.

It won't be tossed. Nirvana will settle it, which is probably exactly what this guy is looking for.

I don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but Nirvana has fallen on hard times over the last 30 years and no longer exists.

I should of said the defendants. He's asking for $150K from each defendant. I would venture to guess most of them will offer somewhat less than that just to not have to worry about this.

Should sue his parents, if anyone, as they're the ones who okayed it.
His suit is claiming that there was no consent from his parents, or at least no written consent. If there's no record of the consent, it might be problematic, but even so, he's never shown any indication that he was bothered by this before, and has recreated the cover on multiple occasions. Seems like it would be hard to convince people that he has been harmed. That said, you never know what will happen if it goes to a jury. My guess is that it will settle out of court for a trifle, just because neither side wants to take a chance on the jury.
