No worries. I am almost certain the report on estrogen was done by the meat and dairy industry. I don't have the energy to look for it now, supposed to be working. Plus, i slam down soymilk and soy protein isolate, way more than most people would, and I do not have man boobs. So i think the study, at best is slanted to fit the dairy folks. I'll remove the dumb sticker.@AdRock4Cy
Just curious what you disagree with here? I'm always interested in learning or expanding my knowledge assuming I stated something that isn't factual.

Soy consumption alters endogenous estrogen metabolism in postmenopausal women - PubMed
Isoflavones are soy phytoestrogens that have been suggested to be anticarcinogenic. Our previous study in premenopausal women suggested that the mechanisms by which isoflavones exert cancer-preventive effects may involve modulation of estrogen metabolism away from production of potentially...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
I always check before I open my mouth about easily verified things. It's not substantial but it does increase artificially a person's estrogen. Either way, as a guy with a slow metabolism I'll pass. We already get estrogens from waxed rappers at fast food, et al.

Researchers: Fast food wrapped in chemically treated paper linked to cancers, thyroid disease
A recent study has found evidence that Americans may be consuming fast food wrapped in paper treated with chemicals linked to kidney and testicular cancers, thyroid disease, low birth rates and immunotoxicity in children.www.king5.com
Don't care about that. I care about body chemistry and fat burn. Personally, regardless of how minute the effect, I don't want any. From the same website: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11880595/
" These recent studies in men consuming soyfoods or supplements containing 40--70 mg/d of soy isoflavones showed few effects on plasma hormones or semen quality. These data do not support concerns about effects on reproductive hormones and semen quality. "
You can still fire off your little soldiers if you drink soymilk.
Disclaimer - there is a HUGE range "normal" levels for both estrogen and testosterone. Having the wrong amount FOR YOU is bad, even if that amount is still within the "normal" range for all humans. And again, just because something is found to be statistically significant, even correlated, doesn't mean the effect size is large enough to be important.Stop eating processed anything. Eat whole and fresh as much as possible. Eating heavy soy diet has shown to increase estrogen rates. I'll stick to natural, and balanced. Eating too much of pretty much anything is bad for you.

So yes, eating tons of soy could cause your estrogen levels to increase. Enough to do anything bad? Not likely.
Kind of like the benzene content in all the sunscreen that just came out a couple months ago? It's only a little cancer guys.Disclaimer - there is a HUGE range "normal" levels for both estrogen and testosterone. No. No they can't. Lol.....
Is benzene something that is produced naturally in the body? I'm sure people pick up trace amounts from all kinds of things so you could say it's naturally present, but your body literally produces estrogen on its own.Kind of like the benzene content in all the sunscreen that just came out a couple months ago? Peanut butter is primarily ground up peanuts and sugar. Less than 2% hydrogenated oil. It does have somewhat the consistency of Crisco but flavored shortening it is not. A little peanut butter on French toast smothered with maple syrup was my childhood go to breakfast.Winner! One of the worst things for kids use to be Skippy and Jiff. You were basically eating flavored Crisco shortening. No one ever questioned how the heck that stayed good forever outside a refrig.
