Hinterland 2020

This might be a stupid question but I’ve never been to this.

What time does everything start on Saturday? I don’t see a time listed other than 2:30 Friday until Sunday. How much time do we need to plan for parking and getting in the doors?

They should announce set times as it gets closer - usually it starts at 2:30 each day, but don't quote me on that. Subscribe to their emails - I want to say that they send an email with the specific times each act plays (which will give you start time) a few weeks in advance.

Thanks for the bump! I had pretty much given up on tickets but have a group of 4 going now.

NO problem! I was fretting, too, and am really excited to go now!

I believe they get started closer to 1pm each day from what I can recall, then a full day of music until the headliner at maybe 8:00 to 8:30pm.

Thanks, I couldn't remember exactly! We usually didn't show up RIGHT at open, just because I wasn't as interested in the earliest acts and we never camped.

Same. We were usually still doing our 4 hour shift volunteering and then would head to the camp site to eat, get some drinks in us, and then head in. Got lucky one year volunteering where we were cleaning up the main area. Packing the coolers back with ice and cleaning up trash we found probably 50-60 drink tokens all around and was able to drink for free the rest of the festival and even had some left for the next year!

Picked up a couple singles for Saturday. I’m not sure if I’m more pumped about Tyler Childers or Marcus King.
Childers is really good - saw him a few years back at the Ogden when I lived in Denver. Feathered Indians is definitely on my 'all-time' playlist -- Hope the weather is nice for y'all!

Was able to grab a bunch of tix when sales reopened as well.

If anyone has an RV Gold pass they need to unload, let me know.

Can't wait!

I have a ticket to Sunday that I can't use. Does anyone want it? They're still selling for $80 on their website, how about $25 OBO?

Adding Zach Bryan makes a great show even better. That dude can sing.
My wife is a big Zach Bryan fan, but I personally think he is terrible. We will be there Saturday and finding out that he was there along with Childers really made my wife’s day when she found out about him joining the lineup.

Bought tickets because a girl I like asked me to go. Not really interested in dating her anymore though, now Leon Bridges the object of my affection.

After checking out the bands, I think I will be the only one without a beard and 1920's clothing on...

Going on Sunday and will be the first Hinterland experience. What tips do you have? I'm also curious about parking, traffic afterward, staying cool, food & drinks.
