.

There are 64 P5 teams and soon to be 4 remaining conferences. Some questions unanswered. Will ND stay independent? Will the B1G and ACC add teams? Seems inevitable the PAC 12 will add.
I’m interested to see what G5 does as well. I’d expect a merger of sorts and some cherry picking of the top teams. Like a G5-A and a G5-B. Both will have enough competition that the champion will get into the playoff.
Realistic playoff scenario could be
SEC x4
B1G x2
ACC x2
PAC x2
G5-A x1
G5-B x1

I’m legitimately already working on moving one of my kids bday party so I can for sure to be free when Texas comes to town in November. They are going to be sent off in a blaze and I feel it is my duty to be there.
Guess who got tickets.....?

I just got a really nice Rain coat at Duluth Trading on sale. Lets go for sleet and freezing rain. I will suffer through that just to see Texas get destroyed on prime time television while I hang from the balcony upside down chanting **** Texas until I can't speak anymore.

I’m excited to be rid of Texas for good. Wouldn’t it be great if they lost to us the last 3 or 4 times they played us?

have multiple sets of coveralls and heavy down jackets for work that I say bring on the worst cold and wet game we can get that weekend for **** texass..

If the remainder of the BigXII had any balls, they would all just refuse to play Texas this year in any sport. Let them beg for TV money as we kick their ass out the door.

OU, we still play and beat the living **** out of them.

Yes but we need to be more creative. How about FU SEC?
The thing that makes me kinda sick about the whole issue is it's like this is going toward a Southern Super League formerly known as the sec. And the sec has a lot of storied programs and a lot of loyal fanbases... but they don't define American college football.

College football is a popular sport in most parts of the country not named the West coast (or from NY to Boston). It's a national game and past time.

Whole thing is somewhat depressing and worrisome until isu finds a home. I'm pretty confident we will, Big Ten needs to make it happen. They can't sit on this like they did on covid that's for sure. Their commissioner needs to make moves between now and late August. He was a laughing stock last summer and I hope he is motivated.
