I’m pretty sure David is after the KObo sock line. They come in singles instead of sold in pairs.
Do we know what his tattoos state? I'm morbidly curious. So much to digest here
You refs are a bunch of cheat in’ MFers.Do we know what his tattoos state? I'm morbidly curious.
Come on Jorbo. You've been harping on this NIL stuff for how long and you promote your first "big" event with a quote in which the first sentence ends in a preposition. From what I've seen, the autographs are free, but for every $10 spent on fireworks, a person gets a ticket for a chance to win a pair of his shoes.
His tweet:
Do they have the son of a convicted felon who likes to hang out with a creepy Elvis dude?Is this the year of Iowa's dream lineup?
Two sons of a former basketball player
Two sons of the current basketball coach
One son of a former football player
Nepotism at its finest. The Habsburgs would be proud. Connor even kind of has the jaw.
That’s gonna be a trip to see unfold from afar this year.Is this the year of Iowa's dream lineup?

Did this son of a convicted felon hire an agent? He could be back.Do they have the son of a convicted felon who likes to hang out with a creepy Elvis dude?
Unsure.Did this son of a convicted felon hire an agent? He could be back.
I just checked, apparently Frank wouldn’t let him because he said, “don’t trust those people, they just steal your money”. So his dad is repping him I heard.Did this son of a convicted felon hire an agent? He could be back.

I think the biggest thing some of these players are going to realize is that is it is going to be lot harder to make money on NIL than they thought. One of the things you have to be good at is social media. But I am glad they are at least able to explore this now.I'm assuming the Iowa players are signing up for this because its like a "why not" situation.
I'm also assuming that translates into them thinking it will help with recruiting (it won't) because they encourage their players to be themselves and help market them.
I'm getting at I don't blame the players, I just don't think these guys are good enough to warrant making much money off it.
Honestly, if I were an Iowa fan, I'd pay money to chat with Jess Settles vs these guys because Jess has great insight on the game when I've heard/saw him.
I think it will be tough.I think the biggest thing some of these players are going to realize is that is it is going to be lot harder to make money on NIL than they thought. One of the things you have to be good at is social media. But I am glad they are at least able to explore this now.
Oh yeah, if you have a guy like that with a great personality and is great on the court, they could make some good coin. I mean if Niang wanted to he could get every business in Ames to give him money for his endorsement.I think it will be tough.
I'd imagine Georges Niang could have made some coin but PMac? I don't think so.
