There's a complex with the exact same design a couple buildings over from this one along the beach. Can't say I'd want to stay there tonight if I lived there

Sinking .06 - .09" per year for 30 years. That is 2.5 to 3" in total. That will stress the hell out of any foundation.According to this the building had been sinking since the 90's

But I am assuming a renter's or owner's insurance for a condo covers the loss, right?
