Is Jorbo aging at a faster rate than Mitchell?Watching the Jazz right now. In one week Jorbo will be the same age as Donovan Mitchell.
Then say composite in your post. You mentioned two different recruiting services didn't have him close to 4 star status when one does.
I don't know if I would call it "insane" anymore, but ita a select few that can play in the NBA at 19 for sure.

He is a 4 star by 247 and ESPN and a 3 star by Rivals.
247 goes be their composite. They promote it as the best in the business. He is #153 in the class aka a mid tier 3 star
Do they weigh each ranking equally or emphasize their rankings more?
If they are equal I have a hard time believing the composite is up to date.

He is ranked #118 by 247, #91 by Rivals and is not in ESPN's top 60 which is all the further they go out with 2022 rankings right now. His composite is #73.
Using his 247 and Rivals ranks, he would need to be #10 nationally in ESPN's rank to get his composite up to #73.
Unless they factor in more services than those 3 I don't see how it's possible.

I asked if they weighed the 3 rankings equally and you didn't answer. Can you explain the composite?
