We wanted him at TE.
He wanted to play DE.
This is irrelevant.
If the staff wanted him at DE, he’d be a cyclone. Good get for Iowa. That makes Campbell’s post-commitment efforts even stranger. Why would you spend so much time recruiting a committed player to a position he doesn’t even want to play?
Look at the ‘22 prospects that are high on ISU.You should look at your 2022 commits and get back to us about whitey
ISU does not have an issue with racism, so not at all concerned. Ferentz, on the other hand.....You should look at your 2022 commits and get back to us about whitey
Look at the ones that are high on Iowa? lolLook at the ‘22 prospects that are high on ISU.
Yes we know. They will never get another AA player or coach to attend there according to this board.ISU does not have an issue with racism, so not at all concerned. Ferentz, on the other hand.....
So, he will go pro after his sophomore season? 3 years and done? First rounder? Sure sounds like it according to you.Still is crazy though about the blue blood attention. He’s going to be a monster.
I am, not many AA recruits.Look at the ones that are high on Iowa? lol
So, with Campbell's low ranked classes he gets then to Big 12 title game. Imagine if he gets higher ranked classes?I am interested to see if Campbell can sustain the success with low ranked recruiting classes. Ferentz has proven teams in the 50s and lower 40s sprinkled in make for up and down runs.
So the clones are going to get 10-15 athletes from FL to come to Ames? and like 5 more from Texas? that might net you about 5 guys if you are lucky. Where is the recruits from Omaha, Kansas City, St Louis, Chicago, Minneapolis? Not saying it is wrong to go for FL and TX, but those are less likely IMO.I am, not many AA recruits.
7-5 are down seasons at Iowa. Campbell is great, but by now I would think his coaching would net him bigger named recruits out of state. So, with Campbell's low ranked classes he gets then to Big 12 title game. Imagine if he gets higher ranked classes?
Ferentz has proven lower ranked classes mean down seasons. By that logic, Campbell>>>> Ferentz. Of course we already knew that: With all those drafted into the league and still can't win the B1G West? Again, Campbell>>> Ferentz.
A powerhouse like Iowa State recruits all over the nation. The Florida guys love ISU btw.So the clones are going to get 10-15 athletes from FL to come to Ames? and like 5 more from Texas? that might next you about 5 guys if you are lucky. It really should not matter where a player comes from. Just get the ones that best fit your program. So the clones are going to get 10-15 athletes from FL to come to Ames? and like 5 more from Texas? that might next you about 5 guys if you are lucky. They also loved Frost at NE but transferred out after 2 yearsA powerhouse like Iowa State recruits all over the nation. The Florida guys love ISU btw.
7-5 are your normal seasons at Iowa. Campbell is great, but by now I would think his coaching would net him bigger named recruits out of state.
You’re deeming Iowa State a powerhouse now? Oh my god.A powerhouse like Iowa State recruits all over the nation. The Florida guys love ISU btw.
In todays landscape, landing kids within your footprint is kind of a big deal.It really should not matter where a player comes from. Just get the ones that best fit your program.
Now do the last 5 years......I believe this is more the norm the last 10 years or so.
