Cy-Hawk Game This Year: Revenge or Just Shutting Up Their Idiot Fans?

Cyclone fans that sell their tickets to hawk fans just for this game are not even fans in my book. If anyone around us sells theirs to hawk fans and they come to the next home game, they will hear about if from me!! Damn sellout fans is what they are!!

Some of us have extra tickets. And the sinister side of me revels at the prospect of suckering $1300+ out of a set of four to them only to see their team lose. (non-donor seats) That didn't happen in 2019, but the monsoon was a nice consolation prize.

Weve sold ours before a few times and clarified we were only selling to ISU fans. Several Halk fans asked but that just wasnt gonna happen.

Same. I had to sell my 4 tickets two years ago due to a wedding and I made damn sure they were going to Iowa State fans.

So would a 10-2 type year not be a failure? They are currently a top team ranking wise, experience wise, and have a favorable schedule to get them back to the big 12 title game. No reason to be scared of that expectation. It is where ISU is at right now.

Honest question, besides Iowa, what quality P5 opponent has ISU scheduled recently with their success?

Last year when Iowa State was a lot better than Iowa you're not sure the outcome but this year:

You guys are that good. Not sure how Iowa stands any type of chance against you all and I am being serious. The more I think about this game the more I think Iowa loses by a score of 35-20.

We're not going to schedule another P5 opponent with Iowa on the schedule. We tried to get out of the series to schedule a home and home with Arkansas a few years ago and Barta wouldn't let us

JFC was the year Iowa got dog washed by Stanford in the Rose Bowl a failed season?? Iowa went undefeated and made their conference title game but they didn’t do anything you just mentioned above..

In those phases of the game yes, I do. It remains to be seen, but I think we are sadly 8-4 this year again. Unless SP increases his accuracy and ability to read defenses.

Louisiana had went 11-3 the year prior and brought back everyone... Just because a school has Pitt, VT and Tennessee on their jerseys doesn’t make them good.

Also, Iowa State wasn’t deemed good until the end of the season either.
