This is a biggie. I talked to my main guy in Iowa City and he thinks Iowa State is more of a player for Proctor than Iowa is. SEP word is his family really likes Iowa State but thinks he goes blue blood but they don't even really know. He's not deciding anytime soon. I do know if it was up to his mom and Campbell was still in Ames he would be a Cyclone
No, ISU is also not in it with Proctor either.
