The Fran fade

Most of Franny's "diamonds in the rough" have heads so big they're lucky to fit through doorways.

Yes...Even funnier is CP84 actually thinks P Mac is a star in the waiting. lol. If Basketball were played in a 5 foot circle then i'd maybe agree...but it aint. He also thinks Kris Murray will be like Keegan last year. The level of badness that is gonna hit Iowa fans next year is going to be pleasing..

I think Patrick can be decent but he needs to add weight and he may have to double his minutes. Could be a 12&7 guy.
It will be interesting seeing how durable he can be.

He won't add any weight. He's been trying to for like 5 years now with no success

PM is not a 12/7 guy in the BIG.. He is so limited offensively and has little touch around the rim not to mention his 3pt shooting isnt good. No way he avg 7 reb a game.

I guess it would matter, but Iowa is going to be bad anyway. That would take them from bad to worse for sure.

I wonder when the last time a team put so much pressure on a returning guy that averaged 7 and 5 while garnering zero defensive attention.

Again, very good player in the right role. If Iowa fans want to go into the way-back machine it kind of reminds me of a guy they had when I was a kid - James Winters. He was a good complimentary player when they had Earl and those other guys. They lost almost everyone from the previous year except Winters, so they basically had to build around him. He put up some good stats I think, but the team sucked.

Murray is going to put up decent numbers just based on getting a ton of minutes and usage. But I just don't think he's the guy you can build around.

Yeah, it was really odd. They stood face to face and almost nose to nose and it looked like they were yelling at each other.
