Heacock was a Broyles finalist which I'm sure Parker has been at some point since he's been at Iowa forever (assuming he's still there). I know a lot of coaches from big name programs have came to Iowa State to try and learn his defense so yeah I'll say Heacock is better

I think Iowa’s defense is usually very good. Just because Iowa plays some crappy offenses, it doesn’t negate that their defense is good.
More us shooting ourselves in the foot more then Iowa actually doing anything that game..

The game that went to a bunch of overtime’s was in 2011 when Norm Parker was the DC. Phil’s first year was 2012. The score was 9-6 that year lol
