If you weren’t aware, Tyrese Hunter is the 3rd highest ranked recruit in ISU history. Behind Craig Brackins and Lindell Wigginton .
If that ends up being: Starter, starter, and starter = tourney team
Even two starters gets us there IMO.

Just a huge weekend for the program. Some critical, foundational pieces fell into place nicely. Still sorry to see JCL go, but these two guys soothed that pain pretty darn well.
(So long as it's mostly full) even if ISU can put a scare into teams or knock off a couple in Ames it will be a treat.

Probably not fair to hope he is similar to another bit smallish Cyclone point guard.

My wish list would be a lengthy combo guard that can shoot and defend, a three point sniper that can defend and another forward with some bulk and a motor that will hit the boards.
In the end, I really want a couple more capable ball handlers. Whether that's a mix of 2s, 3s or 4s, I'll take it.
I’m incredibly grateful he kept his commitment but after learning about his personal history there may not be a player I am rooting for more on an individual level in the history of Iowa State sports.
I hope he has the kind of career he is capable of and makes millions of dollars in the not so distant future.
