Yes, Iowa State has an in state recruiting issue. Top FB players from Iowa would rather go to Iowa than ISU obviously. I am not sure what me not knowing this kids name has to do with that fact. Go back as many years as you want. Iowa is regularly cleaning up the majority of top in state players. A couple go out of state and ISU gets 1-2 sprinkled in. If I am wrong, you will have to explain it to me.
