Without looking I would say Kolar will end up with more yards, catches and TDs than any Iowa TE ever

So wait now... do college stats not matter? Because that blows up the “Garza is the greatest player ever in the state of Iowa” argument lol.
Yet he will never win a Mackey or be a 1st team All American.
If Garza or Brock Purdy never do anything at the professional level I think we can all agree that we sign up for another one of them in a second. I care little about the NBA and as I get older I find myself caring less and less about the NFL as well. Probably matters to some recruits but thats about it.
I don't think he will. I assume he'll shatter every in state record this fall and will end up the GOAT in Iowa

OK. I am talking career here. I would take a lot of individual seasons over Garza's junior year but he will still go down as one of the best to play CBB in Iowa

He stayed all 4 years, so that deserves an asterisk. If Fant and TJ stayed all 4 years, Kolar would never have even sniffed this record and you know it.
