Not as underwhelming as 0 other power 5 offers by the time he signs. Now that would be an underwhelming offer list.This looks to be the guy, his offers are a bit underwhelming at the moment though. Not sure where they (or Iowa) stand with Dailey from SEP.

Labas? Labas is a little better than this guy but was an underwhelming QB recruit and this guy would be too.
Yeah, and neither was the QB from Austin that was committed to ISU before Texas flipped him. He had no other P5 offers and then he started getting them. Home town blue blood flipped him, but it turns out he was undervalued when ISU offered. I have zero reason to doubt this staff's QB eval.
I mean he ended up with 3 P5 offers and Texas only offered because they didn’t have a QB for the class but alright.
A "near 5-star recruit"? That would mean 4 star or less.... So why call it a Near 5 star if they were not?

Looks like he probably wants to play sooner rather than wait behind the stable of QBs we have onboard already.
This is going to be more and more of an issue for ISU as it builds talent through the 3 and 4 deep. We are just going to have to learn to live with it.
Iowa wanted him as well, but there wasn't much interest from the other side.
Pennsylvania State's QB room is trash, so yeah, he's very likely to start as a freshman.
